Returns

At Tarotopia, each item is crafted or curated with care to inspire your spiritual journey. Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must email us at support@thetarotopia.com with your order number and reason for return to receive return authorization.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
